1. General Provisions

1.1. This document (hereinafter the ‘Terms and Conditions of the Website’) is an adhesion contract addressed to an individual (hereinafter referred to as the ‘User’) and determines how to use bg.euromedins.com service (hereinafter the ‘Service’) under the conditions set out below.

2. The Terms used herein

2.1. User, Customer, Consumer – a capable individual who has reached 18 years legally entitled to enter into contractual relations with insurance companies, as well as place orders to draw up an insurance policy on the Website using the services or specified as the recipient of the service (Insured Person).

2.2. Company, Insurance Broker – Get Consult EOOD is an insurance broker in virtue of a brokerage agreement.

2.3. Website, Service – https://bg.euromedins.com

2.4. User Account, Account, Personal Account – a unique name (login) and password to the User’s account profile within the Service.

2.5. Contract – public offer contract of Get Consult EOOD which execution is confirmed by issuing a conventional or electronic insurance policy (Insurance Contract) to the User.

2.6. Order – duly executed User’s request to receive services for electronic and/or normal insurance policy.

2.7. Electronic Insurance Policy – a document submitted in an established digital form containing the unique identification data of the policy (policy number), facsimile reproduction of the original print of the Insurance broker and confirming the conclusion of the Insurance Contract by the User with the Insurance broker.

3. Subject of Agreement

3.1. The User shall accept these working conditions and payment procedure of the Order. Accepting these working conditions the User shall confirm his right and ability, financial sufficiency and also recognize the responsibility for the obligations imposed on him as a result of Insurance Contract conclusion. The User shall confirm the accuracy of his personal data as well as data of the Insured Persons and assume all responsibility for its accuracy, completeness and authenticity. The User shall assume all possible commercial risks (placing a new order, changing insurance premium, returning money, etc.) associated with his unlawful acts for making mistakes, inaccuracies in the provision of personal data.

3.2. These working conditions are the part of the Insurance broker’s offer and the User shall accept this offer having paid the insurance premium (initial insurance premium).

3.3. The Insurance Contract shall be unconditionally void by the User’s decision prior to insurance policy copy receipt. The Insurance Contract shall be terminated within 24 hours from the time of application if this Insurance Contract does not take effect at this time. 3.4. When making an Order on the Website the User shall provide the following information: Passport number, date of birth, date of commencement of the ordered insurance policy, surname, name, email address, telephone number, and address in Bulgaria.

3.5. By submitting his personal data, the User shall agree to the processing of the User’s personal data and its processing by the Insurance Company that directly issues the policy in order to be executed on behalf of the User of the Insurance Contract. See Privacy Policy for details.

4. Provision of Services

4.1. The Service staff has the right to refuse the provision of services to the User in the following cases:

4.1.1. Breach of conditions of the Agreement by the User.

4.1.2. Failure by the User to fulfill financial obligations to the Service within 3 working days from the date of the Order.

4.1.3. Refusal by the Insurance Company to conclude an Insurance Contract if the Insured person is on the sanctions list of the United States, the European Union and other countries.

4.1.4. The Service staff’s doubts about the proper use of the Service by the User.

4.1.5. Attempts by the User to cause any kind of damage to the Service.

4.2. Service staff is entitled to:

4.2.1. Suspend the operation of the software and/or hardware of the Service for the purposes of updating, as well as conducting preventive maintenance.

4.2.2. Stop serving requests to the Service from anonymous proxy servers.

5. The Rights and Obligations of the User

5.1. User shall assume the following obligations:

5.1.1. Provide accurate data.

5.1.2. Fully comply with these rules.

5.1.3. Not to commit unlawful acts using the Service.

5.1.4. Not to disclose information used to access the Account.

Responsibilities of the parties

6.1. Service staff shall not be liable:

6.1.1. For unlawful acts of third parties that have caused illegal access, damage, modification or destruction of information (including personal data) stored as part of the Service.

6.1.2. For any damage and/or loss of benefit to Users and/or third parties as a result of the use or failure to use the Service.

7. Rates

7.1. The rates for insurance products shall be changed by insurance companies without warning as a result there may be price changes after placing an order both cost increase and increase. In such cases, the Service shall offer various options to satisfy the User.

7.2. Delivery rates shall be changed not more often than quarterly and calculated automatically when placing an Order.

7.3. The Service shall not sell insurance policies more expensive than the official value stated by the insurance company for this insurance policy.

7.4. Additional paid services not specified in the standard operating procedure shall be provided by prior arrangement.

8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions of the Website

8.1. The Service has the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement. The amendments shall become effective on the date of publication unless a different period is specified separately. The latest edition of the Agreement is always accessible at https://bg.euromedins.com/terms-and-conditions/

8.2. Using the Service after amending shall mean unconditional adoption (acceptance) by the User of the terms of the updated Agreement.

8.3. In case of termination of the Agreement and disconnection of the Personal Account by the User, all discount vouchers of the User shall be canceled and not subject to recovery or compensation.
