These Terms and Conditions govern the use of bg.euromedins.com, the submission and processing of insurance orders, and the related services provided by General Broker Club Ltd. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the terms of the selected insurance product.

1. About us

The website is operated by General Broker Club Ltd., UIC 201044795, a registered insurance broker in Bulgaria, Certificate No. 790-3B.

Registered address: Lyulin II, Block 279, Entrance B, Floor 10, Apartment 6, 1343 Sofia, Bulgaria.
Email: [email protected]
Telephone: +359 988 358 940

2. Our role as an insurance broker

General Broker Club Ltd. acts as an intermediary between the customer and the selected licensed insurance company. The insurance contract is concluded between the policyholder and the insurer that issues the policy. The insurer is responsible for the insurance cover, claims assessment and payment of insurance benefits in accordance with the policy terms.

We provide information about available products, process orders, forward the required data and documents to the insurer, arrange delivery of policy documents and assist customers with policy administration and insurance-claim applications. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, information on the website is general information and does not constitute individual legal, financial or medical advice.

3. Customers and insured persons

A person placing an order must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. The policyholder and the insured person may be different people. An insured person may be a child or newborn, provided that the order is placed by a parent, guardian or another person legally entitled to arrange the insurance.

4. Insurance information and product terms

Before ordering, the customer must review the product description, insurance conditions, coverage territory, insured risks, exclusions, limits, start and end dates, and any eligibility requirements published on the relevant product page or provided by the insurer.

The insurance policy and the insurer’s general and special conditions determine the actual scope of cover. If information on the website conflicts with the policy documents issued for a particular order, the issued policy and the applicable insurer’s conditions prevail with respect to insurance coverage.

5. Placing an order

An order submitted through the website is a request for us to arrange the selected insurance. It is not, by itself, confirmation that insurance cover has started.

The customer must provide complete and accurate information requested for the order, including information about the policyholder and insured person. We or the insurer may request corrections, clarification or additional documents before issuing a policy.

The insurance contract is concluded when the required payment has been received and the selected insurer has accepted the risk and issued the policy. Cover begins on the date and at the time stated in the issued policy, subject to its terms and payment requirements.

6. Prices, fees and payment

The insurance premium is determined by the selected insurer and is shown in the issued policy. We do not add a separate brokerage commission to the insurance premium. Delivery charges and any separately agreed additional service are shown before payment.

If the insurer changes a premium or corrects a calculated price before payment or policy issuance, we will inform the customer and request approval of the new amount. We will not process a higher amount without the customer’s agreement.

Available payment methods may include bank card through ePay/BORICA, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer and cash on delivery through Speedy in Bulgaria. Availability depends on the order and destination. The website does not use automatic recurring card charges.

7. Policy issuance and electronic delivery

Policy documents are sent to the email address provided with the order. Compulsory medical insurance policies for visas or residence permits are normally issued and emailed within four working hours after we receive the information, payment and approvals required for issuance.

Other types of insurance are normally processed within three working days. A longer period may be required if the insurer requests additional information, manual approval or technical processing. We will inform the customer where a material delay is expected.

The customer must check the received policy immediately and notify us promptly of any error. The customer is also responsible for confirming whether a printed electronic policy is accepted by the relevant embassy, consulate, visa centre, migration authority or other institution. If an original paper document is required, physical delivery must be selected or requested separately.

8. Physical delivery

Where available, original or printed policy documents may be delivered through Speedy, Econt, DHL, Bulgarian Posts or BOX NOW. Available couriers, delivery charges, free-delivery thresholds and estimated delivery times are stated on the Payment and delivery page or during checkout.

The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a telephone number accepted by the courier. After a shipment is handed to the courier, delivery timing and handling are subject to the courier’s operating conditions. We will provide available tracking information and reasonable assistance if a delivery problem occurs, but we cannot guarantee a courier’s delivery time.

9. Cancellation and refunds

To request cancellation, email [email protected] as soon as possible and include the order or policy number.

If the request is made within 24 hours after purchase and the insurance cover has not yet started, we will arrange cancellation and a full refund. A payment made by card will be returned to the same card.

Requests made later, or after the insurance cover has started, are handled according to applicable law and the selected insurer’s cancellation rules. The insurer may deduct the premium corresponding to a period during which cover was provided and any permitted costs. We will assist with submitting the request, but the insurer makes the final decision.

Where a later refund is made by bank transfer, it is paid to an account belonging to the payer or to another person authorised by a notarised power of attorney. Processing times depend on the insurer, bank and payment provider. Further details are available in our Return Policy.

10. Refusal or suspension of service

We may refuse or suspend processing where information is incomplete, inaccurate or apparently fraudulent; required payment is not received; the selected insurer declines the risk; processing would breach applicable law, sanctions or anti-money-laundering requirements; or the website is used unlawfully or in a way that threatens its security or operation.

Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to correct missing or inaccurate information. This does not require us to disclose confidential fraud-prevention or security procedures.

11. Customer accounts and discount codes

If the customer creates an account, the customer is responsible for keeping login details confidential and for notifying us of suspected unauthorised access. Discount codes and vouchers are subject to their stated validity periods and conditions. Unused codes linked exclusively to an account expire when that account is permanently deleted and cannot be restored or exchanged for cash.

12. Website availability and responsibility

We may temporarily suspend the website for maintenance, security updates or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We aim to keep product and price information accurate, but obvious technical or typographical errors do not oblige us or an insurer to issue a policy on incorrect terms. We will notify the customer and offer correction, an alternative or a refund where appropriate.

We are responsible for our insurance-distribution services as required by applicable law. We are not responsible for an insurer’s independent underwriting or claim decision, or for delays caused by an insurer, bank, payment provider, courier, public authority or force-majeure event, except where the delay results from our own breach. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Personal data and cookies

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Information about cookies and consent choices is provided in our Cookie Policy.

14. Complaints and disputes

Questions or complaints about our service should first be sent to [email protected]. Complaints concerning the insurance contract or a claim may also be submitted to the insurer that issued the policy.

Where applicable, a customer may also contact the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission or another competent consumer-protection authority and may bring a claim before the competent court.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Mandatory rights available to consumers under Bulgarian or applicable European Union law remain unaffected. Court jurisdiction is determined by the mandatory rules applicable to the particular customer and dispute.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, procedures or legal obligations change. The updated version applies to orders placed after it is published unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Changes do not retrospectively alter an insurance contract that has already been concluded.
