Payment

You can pay for your order in the following ways:

Payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and other systems other than local systems) – the payment shall be made when you complete your order without charge commissions for this type of payment but your bank may charge additional fees and convert funds into EUR at its exchange rate. The term of payment transfer by the accounting department is up to 30 minutes.
PayPal payment – if you have a PayPal account you can pay via this method in EUR. We charge 5% commission. If your funds are not in EUR, the conversion shall be made at PayPal’s rate. The term of payment transfer by the accounting department is up to 30 minutes.
Payment to the broker’s bank account in Bulgaria. The term of payment transfer by the accounting department is up to 48 hours.
Payment to the courier upon delivery is relevant for the delivery in Bulgaria and shall not apply elsewhere around the world.

Delivery in electronic format

Regardless of your chosen method of delivery, we send all orders by email. This condition shall apply to all types of delivery in addition to the method chosen.

If it is an electronically generated policy, then we shall send it as is.
If it is a policy filled by hand, we shall send the completed scanned policy.

Delivery term of the policy in electronic format is up to four hours during working hours (see working hours in contacts or at the top of the website). In case of a specific prior agreement, the delivery shall be carried out outside of working hours.

Important notice! We send all policies by email. If you need the original policy in hard copy, choose a convenient delivery option.

According to our long experience a printed policy is sufficient for submission at the consulate/embassy of Bulgaria or the migration service, with some exceptions. For example, MVR Burgas shall not accept printed policies and ask for the original with a wet stamp. We disclaim responsibility and shall not decide whether you need the original or not; it is up to you to decide.

Delivery for Bulgaria

From May 5, 2026, the following conditions shall be applied for the delivery for Bulgaria:

The orders paid or marked as ‘payment to the courier upon delivery’ until 14:30 on business days shall be transferred to delivery on the same day.
The orders placed after 2:30 pm shall be transferred to delivery on the next business day unless otherwise agreed in a personal conversation with the operator.
The orders placed on weekends / holidays shall be transferred to delivery on the first working day.
The orders delivered to cities and large populated areas shall be delivered on the next day from Monday to Saturday. The orders to villages shall be delivered 2-3 times a week according to the schedule of SPEEDY courier service, for example, every Tuesday and Thursday.
The orders that cost less than EUR 55.00 shall be delivered for a fee: to the office of SPEEDY courier company (you can find the addressed of the offices here) the shipping cost is EUR 4.00. Door-to-door delivery is 5.00.
The orders that cost more or equal to EUR 55.00 shall be delivered free of charge only to the office of SPEEDY courier company (you can find the addressed of the offices here). Door-to-door delivery shall be paid by the customer.
The orders that cost more than or equal to EUR 78 shall be delivered free of charge to the office of SPEEDY courier company (you can find the addressed of the offices here) or to the customer’s door.

Terms of delivery for Bulgaria

When ordering delivery for Bulgaria the policies shall be sent by default via Speedy courier company.
Insurance policies shipping can be carried out with the indication of the customer’s name, surname and Bulgarian telephone number. The address shall be complete: street or quarter, house or block number, floor, apartment number. If the house does not have apartment numbers, it is required to indicate in detail the coordinates of the apartment. If this is a private residential house an indication of the apartment number is not required.
In case of impossibility to specify the full address, for example, you only know the name of the complex – delivery to the recipient’s door is impossible. In this case, you need to select the nearest office of Speedy on https://www.speedy.bg/bg/speedy-offices and enter it in the delivery address.
After transferring the order to the courier service “GENERAL BROKER CLUB” LTD shall not be responsible for the delivery of insurance policies, influence the delivery schedule, assist in finding a courier and act as an interpreter between you and the courier. Delivery of the order can be proved by indicating the number of the shipment, which can be checked on the courier company’s website in the tracking section SPEEDY – https://www.speedy.bg/bg/track-shipment

Delivery outside of Bulgaria

From July 1, 2018 the following conditions shall be applied for the delivery all over the world (except Bulgaria)

Postal delivery (registered letter with tracking number)

Terms – from 1.5 weeks to 4 weeks. For example, the letter delivery to Delhi takes 10-17 days.

The cost is EUR 10.00

DHL delivery (courier service, shipping with tracking number)

Terms – up to four working days.

The cost is EUR 60.00.

Delivery terms – the policies ordered before 12:00 on a business day (see working hours in contacts or at the top of the website) can be transferred to the courier or postal service on the same day. When ordering later than 12:00, the shipment can be transferred to the courier or postal service on the next business day.

Terms of delivery worldwide (except Bulgaria)

The shipment can be carried out only in the countries/regions/settlements in which the shipments are accepted by Bulgarian Post organizations (bgpost.bg) or (DHL Bulgaria)
The shipment of insurance policies outside Bulgaria can be done by specifying the name, surname, postal code, address, telephone number of the customer. The address shall be complete: street or quarter, house number, apartment number. If the house does not have apartment numbers, it is required to indicate the coordinates of the apartment in detail. If this is a private residential house – an indication of the apartment number is not required.
In case of impossibility to specify the full address, only “on demand” shipments shall be accepted to the address of a specific DHL post office or office.
